Remodeling in Bee Cave

Built in one wave, remodeled with intention

Bee Cave grew fast and recently: Falconhead, Lake Pointe, The Homestead, and Spanish Oaks largely went up between 1995 and 2015, in Lake Travis ISD with the Hill Country Galleria at the center. Those homes are now 10 to 30 years old, and the first-owner finishes are aging out together: kitchens, primary baths, floors, and layouts drawn for how people lived two decades ago. Bee Cave is entering its first true remodel cycle, and the homes are worth doing right.

Builder-grade, aging out

Production finishes from the 2000s were chosen for speed. Replacing them is the chance to choose for the next twenty years instead.

Layouts due for now

Formal dining and closed kitchens give way to open plans, working pantries, and real home offices. Semi-custom bones take the change well.

Estate scope in Spanish Oaks

At the top of the market, whole home projects run to full custom standards. Same process, larger canvas.

Spec to Custom

Same house, your standards

Falconhead, Lake Pointe, The Homestead, Spanish Oaks: strong bones, great lots, and finishes picked off a spec sheet twenty years ago. When you decide the house should match the neighborhood, we design and price the whole answer before demo.

Our Services

What we build in Bee Cave

Bee Cave projects tend to start where the 2000s show most, the kitchen and the primary bath, and often grow into the whole home once the design phase prices the difference.

How We Build

Better materials, by default

A remodel is the one chance to correct what production building skipped: assemblies chosen for Central Texas humidity, and materials chosen for the air inside, specified before demo.

Our Design Process
Renderings, selections, and a fixed price in 2–4 weeks.
Mold-Resistant Construction
Built for Austin's humid climate.
Non-Toxic Materials
Chosen for the air you breathe.
Our Process

The same process, everywhere we build

  1. 1

    Design before demo

Layout, selections, engineering, and price are settled in the design phase. Construction starts with nothing left to decide.

  2. 2

    A schedule you approve

You approve the full construction schedule before demo day, and every daily report measures against it.

  3. 3

    Daily logs in your portal

Photos and a written update every working day, from wherever you are.

Every Project, Every Time

The Enso Standard

Six things we do on every project

1.Priced From Data, Not Instinct

National cost data, tuned for Central Texas, spelled out line by line, with our profit shown right on the estimate. The price is what the data says, not what we think you'll pay.

2.A Schedule You Approve Before Demo

Every phase, trade, and milestone in a Gantt chart, signed off by you before demo begins. Contractors who run late don't put schedules in writing. We do.

3.Selections Settled in Design

Every material, fixture, and finish is chosen during design, when there's time to think. Construction starts with a complete plan, not a running list of open decisions.

4.A Job Site That Respects Your Home

A sealed dust barrier goes up between the work zone and the rest of your home, with HEPA filtration running from day one. Designated disposal bins, no food on site, no trash left behind.

5.Daily Logs in Your Client Portal

Photos and a written update every working day, plus a weekly walkthrough with your project lead (in person or on video). You never chase us for an update.

6.The Final 10% Waits for You

We don't bill the final payment until the punch list is complete and you've signed off. Three months later, we're back to make sure everything works the way it should. All of it carries a one-year craftsmanship warranty.
